How do I find my driver?

"Gate Greet" service at security exit area is an standard service at no additional charge.

When will you charge my credit card?

We do not charge your credit card until our job is done. A PreAthorization to your card will be made to verify your card is valid. Your credit card information is taken on our reservation page to reserve the vehicle. You will be sent a credit card authorization form to return via fax or email.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel your reservation no less than 72 hours prior to pickup time by e-mail, or 24 hours by phone to avoid being charged.

What are your hourly rates?

Hourly rates for any occasion:

$65.00 for Lincoln Towncar with 3 Hour Minimum. For full information visit our Rates page.

What kinds of cars do you drive?

All of our cars are full size luxury sedans that carry 1 - 4 passengers, such as Lincoln Towncars. We also have SUV's, Vans, Limousines, Super Stretch SUV Limousines and Buses. Visit our Fleet page for more information.

Does your rate include the driver's gratuity?

No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for the driver. Trips made after 11:00 pm and before 6:00 am are subject to a $20.00 surcharge.

Are your rates per person or per car?

Unlike airport shuttle services, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of passengers.
